Gated access to main entrance with spacious entrance hall giving acces to bright and spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and CD system. Patio doors to partly covered terrace with comfortable seating and large table ideal for dining al-fresco. Dining area with table to seat 8 .Very well equipped kitchen with large ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezers and wine cooling cabinet. Separate laundry/utility room in the basement with washing machine and tumble dryer.
2 twin bedrooms which can be made up as 2 single or 1 double (please advise when booking) one with TV, DVD and en-suite shower room. The other has access to seperate shower room.
First Floor:- Master bedroom with large kingsize bed, TV, DVD player and en-suite bath room. Private terrace with views over the dunes to the sea. One double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room.
Portable gas BBQ and outside fireplace area, rectangular pool with integrated steps, solar pool cover and pool heating (supplement payable £160 per week), pool shower. Ducted air-cooling system throughout. Wi Fi Internet access available. Use of Dunas Douradas resort facilities including 24 hour central reception facility and security patrol, large Roman style communual pool, tennis courts, and poolside snack bar.
Maid service included 4 times per week, approximately 25 minutes drive from Faro Airport.
