This stunning villa is set in its own extensive lawned and walled garden in the select residential area of Los Mojones, just 10 min walk of the shops, restaurant and beaches of Puerto del Carmen. Beautifully furnished and decorated, it has been equipped to the highest standards and offers everything you could wish for in a luxury holiday villa.

The villa has its own private gated driveway and is suitable for people with walking difficulties, with ramps throughout and wide doors to the bathrooms. The house is fully airconditioned/heated throughout. The lovely garden and swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 1.8m with roman steps. Pool is heated in winter - pool heating can also be requested in the summer months) area are very private and ideal for a relaxing, top quality villa holiday.

Two storeys. Gated driveway leads up to front door and then into a large lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, and patio doors onto the garden and pool. Beautifully fitted luxury kitchen with hob/oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Master double bedroom with ensuite hidro massage shower and WC. Further double and twin bedroom on the ground floor sharing a shower/WC. Downstairs is a further shower/WC, a 2nd lounge with TV, wii , and wi-fi internet connection (bring your own laptop) and table tennis table. Air conditioning/heating included at no extra charge.

Cleaning and towel change provided twice weekly, linen change weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day
