Haza Algarobo is a great choice for families looking for a superior villa in a convenient location. Standing in extensive and private lawned gardens in a residential area midway between Mijas (4 km) and the beaches of Fuengirola (3 km), this modern, tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished house is very well equipped and is air-conditioned and heated throughout, making it ideal for holidays at any time of year. There are several restaurants within walking distance, whilst there is also a tennis club nearby where guests can hire courts.

Two storeys. Antique front door leads from the parking area into a hallway with cloakroom. Double bedroom with en suite shower/WC. Beautiful lounge with lots of comfortable seating, satellite TV, DVD player and patio doors. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Separate dining room and utility room with washing machine. Upstairs are a further twin and double bedroom (with access to a private balcony) plus a full bathroom with spa bath. The lovely lawned garden is bordered by trees and shrubs, whilst the private swimming pool is reached by a couple of steps. There is a long shaded veranda and dining terrace, plus a BBQ.

Air conditioning/heating - €100 per week payable locally on arrival if required.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeovers between 11 Jul - 28 Aug, any day arrivals for any duration over 7 nights at other times of the year
