Villa Jaume is a charming, secluded villa situated in the tranquil C’an Xoti area in the pretty countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa (approx. 4 km from each). It is reached by a small lane and is quite private.
With a private swimming pool( 6m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with ladder) and an attractive partly lawned garden bordered by hedges and plum, pear, orange and lemon trees, it offers cosy accommodation in a peaceful, rural location, yet within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and beaches. There is a shaded veranda and dining terrace, as well as attractive BBQ area, whilst inside the house is comfortably furnished for a couple or family with children.
Single storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD, kitchen with microwave (washing machine in BBQ area), 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom. Free safe. Outside steps to roof terrace with panoramic views
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen weekly. Saturday changeover.
