The pretty village of Arona, where you will find a supermarket, a handful of bars, a few cafes and a few excellent local restaurants. The villageis particularly well located for walking, including Roque del Conde, the highest mountain in the southern part of Tenerife. A 15 min drive takes you down to the lively resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas where you will find sandy beaches offering watersports and a host of entertainments including bars, restaurants, nightclubs, water parks and theme parks. Travelling inland, a spectacular 15 min drive takes you to the picturesque village of Vilaflor and the stunning Teide National Park.
